In April 2010 Lizann Prosser joined Crown Agents USA as the new president and chief executive officer. Ms. Prosser is a strong and strategic international leader with 30 years of implementation experience. Her clients have included USAID, the World Bank, DFID and the EU. She has worked in the majority of the former Soviet Republics and most recently assessed the potential for public-private partnerships in Kosovo.
Following careers in environmental engineering and investment banking, Ms. Prosser has spent the past 15 years managing a variety of large international development projects focused on health systems strengthening, health economics and strategy development. Most recently she worked in Deloitte's Health and Protection Services practice.
Ms. Prosser was the project director for the USAID-funded Commercial Market Strategies and PROFIT projects, both of which increased the private sector delivery of health services through the implementation of a variety of approaches, including direct investment, public-private partnerships, micro-lending and social marketing.
Ms. Prosser serves on numerous boards, including several affiliated with Johns Hopkins University, including the Hospital's Geriatric Advisory Group, the Alumni Advisory Council, and the Society of Engineering Alumni.
