Crown Agents opened its first permanent office in Vietnam in 1995. Since then, we have worked with a wide variety of Vietnamese public and private sector institutions, as well as donors such as DANIDA, DFID, the Like Minded Donor Group, NORAD, SIDA, UNDP and the World Bank.
We offer our clients a broad range of services, including transactional and consultancy services in procurement, public financial management services, and development banking services which are tailored to fit our clients' needs and are in accordance with local context. All of these services are underpinned by corresponding capacity building and training services as we seek to provide high quality and sustainable solutions.
We have delivered a range of successful procurement assignments involving the purchasing of goods, works and services for projects and programs across a number of sectors; providing procurement assistance and consultancy solutions; conducting procurement audits and carrying out procurement training. The Vietnam office has also supported some procurement projects across the Indochina region.
The office's involvement in the area of Public Financial Management has been equally varied with expenditure tracking services for direct budgetary support, external debt management services, assistance to the public sector budgeting and financial planning process, and support to anti-corruption initiatives are amongst the projects we have been involved in.
In the area of banking, we provide project and program banking services to development projects and offers a variety of training courses to build capacity in this sector.
