Crown Agents has been active in Nigeria for many decades, opening a permanent representative office in 1966. Crown Agents Nigeria Ltd was established in 1995 in Abuja.
We have worked on many aspects of Nigeria's development, providing procurement support, capacity building and training for the health, education and social development sectors. We also helped to set up Nigeria's Debt Management Office and implemented software to assist with the provision of HR payroll and pensions for the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
During each of the past fifteen years we have trained some 300 officials from the banking, oil and education sectors together with delegates from state and federal ministries, and parastatals. We have also run local workshops for pension fund managers.
Our management team is experienced in developing capacity building, human resource management, aid management and economic consultancy within Nigeria. They are supported by a team of professional and administrative support staff whose combined skills contribute to providing procurement and logistics, capacity building and training to our clients.
Crown Agents Nigeria maintains close liaison with the Presidency, ministries, their agencies, state governments and the development agencies. It works in close partnership with federal and state governments, parastatals and the private sector.
