Officials from Ministry of Planning and Investement, Vietnam are on course to be great leaders following a five-day leadership and teambuilding course in Hanoi.
Twenty-nine delegates, from four provinces, attended the workshop led by John Bill, Crown Agents' Human and Institutional Development senior advisor. Delegates thoroughly enjoyed the innovative programme and are already looking forward to a follow up course later this year. Professor Phan Thu Huong, senior technical coordinator, closed the course by saying "I was a university lecturer for many years and have attended many courses but this training course has been the most interesting I've attended".
John Bill is a highly sort-after trainer having helped private, public and voluntary sectors to achieve optimal performance from their human resources. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and obtained his masters' degree in Strategic Training and Development in 2003.
