Lorraine Overbeck serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administration, overseeing human resources, information technology services, facilities and commercial insurances. Ms. Overbeck has over 15 years of experience in HR and over ten years of experience in the other administrative services areas, with additional background in accounting and contract administration. Before joining Crown Agents USA, she worked for a US government IT services contractor, as well as for non-profit and non-governmental organizations. Ms. Overbeck is a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR).
